1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tplus1 platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. User Content and Licenses

You retain full ownership of all simulation logic, configurations, and descriptive text ("Content") you create on the Platform. However, by publishing Content to the public gallery, you grant tplus1 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to run, display, and distribute that Content to other users of the Platform.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using browser or hosted compute to mine cryptocurrency.
• Intentionally deploying code designed to overload, crash, or maliciously exploit the Platform's infrastructure or the browsers of other users.
• Publishing Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or promotes violence.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Custom and Rapier simulations may not accurately represent real-world systems, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall tplus1 or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
